I apologize for the number of clauses and commas in that sentance. I am an Apostle Paul writer, I join as many possible ideas as I can into one sentance, making sure it still makes at least a small amount of sense.

07:49 pm It's genius I tell you! Chocolate Penguins are by far the most addictive thing I've ever consumed! Yummy yummy chocolate reminisant mints full of caffeine! I had half the tin in one day but I was able to focus in class so much better! And then I skipped down the halls and got funny looks! Oh the joys! ANd you what else made my day so special good? My cd player this mornig in advisory told me that the bateries were dead and throughout the day it flashed the "your battaries are dead, replacing them would be a good idea" picture thing, so I decided to get as much use out of the batteries as I could and here I sit, and it's still playing! I bet there is another lesson to be learned here. Hmm, let's think. How about this, when things seem as though there is no hope, and something(one) whom it seems cannot do what you wish it could for you, if you hold on, it(they) will come through for you. That's a nice positive note for you. Current Mood: crazy

01:10 pm - The Fools on the Nobel Prize Commity All right. I have had enough. Children of the Alley is the worst book I have ever read. When I have finished discussing it in class or doing what ever it is Mr Easton wants us to do with it, I am seriously going to burn this book. This book is 400-some pages long, divided into five sections, each section about a different person. You'd think, oh, well, if I don't like the first or second stories, the others will be different. WRONG! The plot in every section IS THE SAME PLOT! And you know what that plot is? Guy falls in love with girl/girl falls for guy, guy tries to help alley, is brutally murdered and buried IN THE SAME PLACE EVERY TIME!/brutally murders bunches of people. NOT an exciting plot. And the worst thing is, the only time this author is going into detail about anything is when he is describing how the clubs and rocks (which are these people's only weapons) are causing massive amounts of blood to pour from these people's faces. Oh and did I mention the constant sexist remarks? This is the kind of book guys would like, violence and male supremacy. GRRRRRRR!!!
I hate Naguib Mahfouz. Why has he written so many books and why did this one win the Nobel Prize for Literature? WHY?

10:18 pm Ah! Good news for every one who knows me! I'm sure you've all heard of the seven, or six I don't know, degrees of Kevin Bacon? Well, I now can apply that to me and Alan. Only four degrees eeverybody! Four! That's not seven! It all started with a lovely discussion, or rather my telling Kathleen, Carly, and Kristy about Alan's new movie. Then Kristy ask what other movies he's been in so I began to list them and guess what? It ends up that her aunt Carol is an actor on Broadway and was in a play with him a while ago and they still keep in touch. I believe I sat staring at Kristy for a full minute with speaking before I asked her what her aunt's address was. I asked because this is my plan: 1. Write a letter to Kristy's Aunt Carol, explaining who I am so she isn't frightened that I am a stalker, 2. Ask her if she still keeps in touch with Alan, (which Kristy thinks she does, but again, the stalking factor) 3. Ask if she wouldn't mind sending him a letter from me because I know he gets a lot of fan mail but it would mean a lot to me if I got a letter from him, which is most definatly not a lie 4. Achieve a friendly correspondance with Alan through Kristy's Aunt Carol
Four steps for four degrees. Fate may finally be turning in my direction.
Alan, I will meet you yet. Current Mood: hopeful

04:27 pm - I Actually Love movies! Oh dear, I'm awful aren't I? Tee hee! I went and saw Intolerable cruelty on Friday, not the greatest movie but still quite humorous, but the part that made my overjoyed and love the movie was the preview before hand. I had once before gone to a movie to see this preview but the theatre failed me. Evanston theatre, I love you for two reasons, One: you are much cheaper thatn Old Orchard, Two: you show me previews of Alan movies. LOVE ACTUALLY is coming to thatres November seventh unless that is when it comes out in England in which case it will be in the US on the fourteenth. SOOOOO excited! Alan on the big screen may just be more than I can handle, unfortunatly, it is rated R for sexuality, nudity, and language. Darn. Oh well, won't my mother also want to see Love Actually multiple times like I do? If not, she will just have to be "convinced". Here, I would like you all to see the trailer. Alan isn't in it enough but that makes me want to see it more. Coming soon dot net. A great place to be!
Tee hee! You could also watch many other previews! I have found my new joy.
By the way, if anyone is looking for a book to read, you could read Summon the Keeper by Tanya Huff. Very funny. Best charectors are the ghost and Hell. Hell has a wonderful sense of humor. Do read. Very fun.
Or you could read the book I have currently started which involves someone named Lord Alan. Easy read, but Lord Alan? Who would pass up a chance to read a book where there is a Lord named Alan? Who isn't, at the moment, married? He young so maybe he would look like this. Silly site won't let me link to the gallery but you can click on screencaps and then Romeo and Juliet to see Alan as Tybalt. Tell me, does he not have a slight resemblence to Spock in these pictures?
Any who, Off to watch previews for Alan movies! Current Mood: excited
